Coffee ☕ always made me jittery and the energy only lasted a few hours before the caffeine crash hit. 😰 I had a hard time concentrating. My stomach felt acidic and I couldn't sleep well in the evening.
In Japan 🇯🇵 I discovered matcha and was immediately impressed by its calm, long-lasting energy. When I found out how high the antioxidant content was, I was completely convinced.
